Automatic rostering: My student is not on my class roster so they can't login
Roster syncs can take up to 48 hours due to multiple sync schedules - one schedule is your school information system, the other is our platform receiving those updates.
New students and rosters take up to 48 hours to sync and it is often faster.
If your student is in class waiting to login, you can reach out to our team and we'll do our best to get to it as soon as possible.
While they wait for their account to be setup, they can pair up with another student who is doing the work so they don't get behind.
If someone is still missing after 48 hours and looks correct on the school side, contact support and we will push it through.
