Common Launch Issues and What to Check First
Use this article when something does not look right during launch.
I cannot find my class
If your school uses SSO, rostering, LMS setup, or another integration, your class may still be syncing.
Check:
- Are you using the correct login method?
- Are you using the correct teacher account?
- Has your school setup window started?
- Has your school or district confirmed that classes are ready?
Create a manual class only if your school or 220 contact tells you to.
A student is missing from my roster
Check:
- Is the student enrolled correctly in the school system?
- Is the student using the correct login method?
- Did the student join the correct class?
- Did the student use the correct access code if manual registration is being used?
If your school uses roster sync, contact your school technology team or implementation contact.
A student cannot access the course
Check:
- Is the student in the correct class?
- Has the correct course been added to the class?
- Is the student using the correct login method?
- Can the student see the class?
