Adding a 220 Course to your class

Use this article when your class exists and you need to add the correct 220 course(s). This is your first step once your class is setup.

Only add the course your class or program is using.

If you are unsure which course to add, confirm with your school or district implementation contact before adding the course.

Before you start

Check that:

  1. You can log in to your teacher account.
  2. You can see your class.
  3. Your school has made the course available to you.
  4. You know which 220 course your students should use.

Steps to add a course

1. Log in to your teacher account.

2. From the "Classes" tab, find the class that needs the course.

3. Open the Course area for that class by clicking the "Course" link at the bottom of the Class.

Click Course on your Class

4. Select Add Course.

Clock +Add Course

5. Find the correct 220 course(s) and click the checkbox next to the the course.

Select the 220 course you want to add

6. Click "Save" in the top right corner.

 

After the course is added

Check that:

  1. The correct course appears in the class.
  2. Students are in the correct class.
  3. Students can access the course.
  4. Students can find the first activity, lesson, module, or assignment.

If you do not see Add Course

Your account may not have permission to add courses.

Use Support or contact your school/district implementation contact.

If the 220 course you're looking for is missing

Your school may not have access to that course yet.

Use Support or contact your school/district implementation contact.

If you added the wrong course

Stop using the wrong course with students.

If the correct course is available, add the correct course to the class.

Direct students to work in the correct course.

From the Course page in your class, you can click "Remove" to remove the incorrect course from your class.
